The home features three ensuite bedrooms, an open floor plan, and a cozy fireplace that sets the perfect ambiance for evenings in. The primary suite offers a luxurious king bed, the second bedroom a queen, and the third two twin beds — with a sleeper sofa available for additional guests. Comfort is ensured year-round with full air conditioning and heating throughout, plus a gourmet kitchen outfitted with top-of-the-line Viking appliances.

The Oak House is situated close to the 101 freeway — which in Montecito simply means you're moments from the beach! However, some ambient traffic noise may be noticeable.

The property also includes a detached guest house that is rented separately, though it is available to book alongside The Oak House if your group needs extra space. The guest house has its own completely private entrance and dedicated access, so it will in no way interfere with your stay.
