We have multiple units, all with the same amenities but different layouts / individual furnishings.

The Unit: Queen bed, TV, writing desk, bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with basics.

• Pet-Policy: $49 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Dogs must always be leashed when in shared hallways / property. Dogs should not be left unattended alone. Any disruptive nuisances from any pets may incur additional charges or removal from property without refund. ($49per pet, max of two).

• NON-SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes / marijuana) if we receive any complaints or find that you have smoked in the unit, we will impose a $250 excess cleaning fee.
