Our beautifully designed villa offers both the serenity of a private escape and the versatility for lively gatherings. Whether you’re planning a relaxing retreat or a celebratory getaway, Melody Village is the perfect setting.
Please note: Groups over 16 guests require prior approval. Additional fees may apply. To preserve a peaceful environment, unapproved visitors will also incur a charge.

Guestrooms:
Our villa features 5 spacious bedrooms with accommodations for large groups. All bedrooms include Wi-Fi TVs and A/C units (bedrooms only, no central A/C).
• Master Bedroom: King bed, full-size sofa bed, vanity, walk-in closet, en-suite, private balcony with scenic views
• Bedroom 2: Three full beds, en-suite, large closet
• Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (Queen below, Full above), en-suite, walk-in closet
• Bedroom 4: Three full beds, mountain view, shared bathroom
• Bedroom 5: Two queen beds, twin-size sofa bed, stunning views, shared bathroom
Spaces & Amenities:
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, wine cooler, microwave & more
• Breakfast bar (seats 6) and formal dining area (seats 12)
• Three stylish and cozy living areas
• In-house laundry room with washer/dryer (guests to provide detergent)
• Optional massage services (48-hour notice required)
Access & Security:
• You’ll have access to the entire villa
• Parking for 5 vehicles
• Fully gated property with outdoor cameras and electric fencing
• Onsite staff (Blanco & Negrita) reside in a private studio on the premises. Spanish-speaking; host available for translation support.

Planning an intimate wedding, birthday, or special gathering? Melody Village is the perfect backdrop. Events require prior approval and will incur additional fees, please contact us for more info.
Cooking Services:
Want a taste of local Dominican cuisine? We can connect you with trusted local cooks. Just provide your desired menu and total guest at least 1 week in advance, and they’ll send you a personalized quote. Groceries to be purchased by guests.
House Rules:
To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our house rules:
• No pets
• No parties/events without prior approval (fees apply)
• Quiet hours: 11pm-9am
• No smoking indoors ($250 fee)
• No glass in the pool area
• No eating in bedrooms or sitting on furniture when wet
• No filming (social media/music videos/etc.) without approval
• Guests are responsible for any & all damages
• Hosts reserve the right to evict without refund for rule violations

Other things to note
Toiletries: We provide essential bathroom toiletries upon arrival. Please note, replenishments for additional toiletries are not included. There are multiple grocery stores nearby for any additional needs.
Towels: plenty of bath towels are provided upon arrival based on group size
Pool towels: pool towels available for use.
Holiday Bookings: A minimum 3-night stay is required for holiday bookings (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.)
Cleaning Fee: The $120 cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning and property turnover for the next guest. Cleaning services are available upon request for an additional charge.
