Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions! We hope to meet you soon!

The space
Our space is modern, with a cozy dose of funky...airy, sunny, windows & plants galore, eagles in abundance (seriously, they may wake you up in fall and winter...the coyotes might too!). A mix of new & vintage furniture with antique rugs. The front porch is perfect for shady BBQ-ing or curling up in a chair with a book. The deck is the spot for enjoying sunrise coffee, yoga, eagle spotting and breezy cocktails. This is a perfect spot to get away, work from "home", or just recharge creatively.
Our house has organic linens & bath robes for lounging.

If you love to cook, we've got a sweetly outfitted kitchen!
We have it stocked with:
*basic spices
*olive oil & vinegar
*sugar
*pantry basics
*maine roasted whole bean coffee to get you started & a selection of black & herbal teas
*may even have fresh eggs when the girls are busy
If you are coming from afar and would like your house fully stocked, we can arrange this for a fee.

We have a 32" TV with Netflix for guests, but please come prepared to use your own sign-ins for other streaming services.

Neighborhood highlights

Close to lakes, rivers, hikes and biking in the summer...skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and hunkering down in winter. Cornish Village is a 5 minute drive away and is known for its amazing restaurants (Krista's & Bayhaven), artisan shops and tons of antiquing. North Conway NH is 35 min, Portland ME and the coast is 45-60min. We do have a great local grocer as well as farm stands in abundance in season.
