Welcome to Surf Loft! This one bedroom, one bath mid-century inspired loft apartment is located in desirable Capitola Village and just steps away from the beach. Experience Capitola like a local. Take a stroll to a multitude of oceanfront restaurants & lively bars. The spacious apartment offers two twin easily convertible sofa beds, partial ocean views and one off street parking spot. Enjoy the private backyard oasis under the beautiful oak tree while still being close enough to hear the ocean.

The space
Spacious mid-century modern inspired apartment located on the second floor above a small retail store. The living room includes a large gas burning fireplace which makes for a warm, comfortable and inviting space and two twin sofa beds. Enjoy views of the vibrant Village from above with partial views of the ocean. The private serene yard provides the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy a backyard BBQ and a nice cozy evening around the fire pit. Furnished with a Smart TV so you can use any of your subscription services. WIFI on site. Beach chairs and umbrella available. Ideal place for relaxing with friends and family!

Other things to note
We are aware of the value animals bring to people, and we are aware of Airbnb's policy of allowing service animals without discrimination unless health and safety are an issue. A member of my family suffers from asthma and severe animal allergies and we reside at the property when not hosting guests. As such, we request all guests to maintain an "animal -free" property to protect our family and future guests who may have medical issues triggered from such exposure.
