This spacious 2nd floor, open-concept apartment with queen bdrm and full bath is clean and comfortable.

Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen, owner's suite with queen bed, large living area, TV, high speed WI-FI, dedicated workspace, and laundry. Drive right up to the front door or use our garage space(13ftx18ft).

Please note, it's a 2nd floor loft and accessible by stairs only.

The space
Art Loft is a renovated 1900's garage and 2nd floor apartment located in Lancaster's historic district. All of the art in our place is the work of local artists and is curated by Fathom Arts Consortium. We're still working on the main building which we hope will be a restaurant someday!

Guest access
Access the home at the rear of the property at 219 S. Columbus Street. Go to the 3-car garage and look for the black side-door. There is a code for the side entrance door AND a code for the actual apartment entrance upstairs.

Feel free to park right outside the door of the loft. You are also welcome to use the 18ft x 13ft garage. All parking on Columbus Street is also free of charge.

Other things to note
This is one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two. There is an additional twin sized fold-out mattress available if you have an extra guest.
