The space
The space is clean, light and airy. The house is a 10 min walk to universal studios and the metro station. The back yard is usable and there is a BBQ grill and hot tub for guest use. These are not shared amenities and are reserved exclusively for you!

Guest access
Universal studios is about a 10-15 min walk as it the red line metro station. There is on street parking usually available. As the house is in a private alley, there isn't a lot of traffic near by.

Other things to note
The property is located in the heart of Los Angeles. We do have wildlife including but not limited to coyotes, raccoons, 🦝, deer, hawks, bobcats and other wild animals that could be a threat to your pets so we highly recommend animals not be left outside unattended.
