Located just off the living room and accessible directly to the backyard is a sun room that has its own small fireplace, a luxurious leather lounge and a desk/monitor for catching up on work or reading a book. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

You will find they are equipped with a ceiling fan, a 42-inch smart TV for streaming apps and Alexa will play your favorite music for you at your request throughout the inside of the home. Upon your arrival, you will be met by a Concierge who is exceptionally familiar with the area and City of Palm Springs rules and guidelines. He will walk you through everything you need for your stay and he and I will be available should you have any questions or needs during your stay. The City does not allow self check in but we will be as flexible as we can to accommodate your needs!

After booking I will send you a link to the Palm Springs rental agreement that we will need signed within 48 hours of booking.
