This great 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the desirable Howard Creek community offers very affordable fishing and beach accommadations for 4 to 6 guests. It's a well know year-round fishing destination in Gulf County, Florida. There is a free, public landing, just two blocks from this property. Port St. Joe is only 17 miles (and 2 left turns) from this convenient location. It's pet friendly with a fenced in yard! And the main screened in porch is LARGE with a door that opens into the fenced yard.

There's even covered parking for up to 2 vehicles, and additional parking beside the home. We have high-speed internet, Roku TV's, washer and dryer and a charcoal grill all for guest use.

Howard Creek is a well-known fishing destination. You can launch your boat here and be in Apalachicola, or intercoastal waters in a short period of time.

But if you just want to stay in and relax, Howard Creek has a great community store that sales steaks, hamburger meat, ribs for you to grill yourself! There’s also a children’s park, 2 boat landings, a corner bar featuring cold beer, pool tables and a snack menu.
