This pet friendly Cottage is a quaint brick house located at the entrance to Toccoa Falls College, Stephens County Hospital and 1 mile away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. This four bedroom, two bath house can accommodate up to 9 people. (Please note the pricing is for up to four people with extra charges for each guest, over four & pets including infants/children/ get-togethers. It’s perfect for bridal parties, families, prospective students, parents coming to visit students & couples.

The space
The Cottage is a newly renovated 50's house with tiled bathrooms and brick features in several places. Hardwood floors comprise most of the square footage. There are several vintage/period pieces throughout the house that add charm and quaintness. Big back yard with fire pit.

The entire house is private and larger than it looks .

Other things to note
The Cottage can host up to 9 people although the nightly price is for up to four people. It is a pet friendly place with a big back yard. Please note: there are extra charges for over four guests @$40pp/pn or day, and $35 pp/pn for pets. Only reserved guests are allowed within the cottage at anytime without additional charges. Get togethers and more guests than are indicated on the reservation must be disclosed.
