This bright cottage of 25m2, facing south, renovated, offers an airy living room, 1 living room with 140x190 sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed 140x190 (new bedding 2025), a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet.
The sleeping area of the living room can be separated from the kitchen by a blackout curtain.
The sofa bed turns into a double bed in 3 seconds, guaranteed! The TV is mobile on one side or the other which makes it possible to watch the TV either on the living room side or on the kitchen side.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with mini freezer, 2 glass-ceramic hobs, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher.
The VIEW FROM the COTTAGE IS SOOTHING: forest, lake...the place is quiet, while remaining close to the lively center of the Village under the pine trees. The 27m2 terrace, facing south, is separated from the neighboring terrace by a palisade on one side and a plant hedge on the other.
