The February room is located within the beautifully restored Cranford building. The building has been a staple of downtown architecture since its construction in 1905. In 2013, the building underwent a massive preservation and revitalization, earning national recognition for its historic preservation. The room boasts over 1200 sq/ft, 3 bedrooms, all wood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, large windows with plantation shutters, and is walking distance to all of downtown.

There is a big parking lot with free parking attached to the back of the building and very easy to access the building's entrance.
Public transport is offered in Valdosta through the Valdosta On-Demand transit app. Other transportation available through taxi's, Uber, and Lyft.

The courthouse, The Mckey and The Patterson event spaces are located within 2 blocks from us and are easily within walking distance.

Other things to note
This is an apartment among 10 other units in a historic building with beautiful original hardwood floors. Sound can travel through the hardwood floors. Also this is in the heart of downtown within walking distance to everything but that also means traffic noise and train horns may be heard from the unit. Box fans are located in the apartment to use for white noise if you would like.

Hi! My name is Jamie. My wife Sarah and I were born and raised in the Valdosta area. We have two beautiful sons, Jacob and Noah and also our son Able in Heaven. We are soon expecting twins as well! Our passion is to meet new people and listen to their story. We own and operate the Book and Table Inn which is a Boutique Hotel located in Historic Downtown Valdosta that houses 4 separate guest rooms along with a business in the front of the building called Southern Cellar. We also have 3 other buildings that have apartments in them within a block of the Inn that you can book if you would like to spread out a little more, but still be in the heart of downtown.
