Thank you for your feedback and comments about our home in Loreto. We were one of the first to rent in Loreto Bay and have some painting and stucco work scheduled for June. Being on the ocean and in the tropics as well as going thru tropical storms and/or hurricanes every year takes it toll on all the homes. For this reason, we have been diligent in maintaining our home with he necessary painting and stucco repair along with other maintenance every year. We recently upgraded our second story deck saltillo tile with a beautiful lighter color ceramic stone. Very pretty! Most of the homes in Loreto Bay have removed their dishwashers as the hard water deposits and dishwashers don't mix. We don't list a dishwasher on our profile amenities for this reason so hopefully it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. I believe we will replace the dishwasher in June with additional cupboard space. Our spacious double sink vanity bathrooms and sunlit kitchen that overlooks the courtyard are some of our favorite spaces in our home but Mexican detailing and appointments are not for everyone. My husband and I love to cook so have the kitchen appointed with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a convection oven, and beautiful cooktop. We have assured that cooking utensils are plentiful and hopefully have provided everything our guests need to cook and enjoy meals together in our home. Since this is the first time I am hearing about our toilet seat being broken, I will let our onsite property manager know and it will be replaced immediately. I hope you were able to enjoy beautiful Loreto and the surrounding area despite the shortcomings you encountered in our home.
