This cozy cabin, called The Goldfinch, is 1 of 4 homes located on our family farm in Strasburg, VA. A Goldfinch is a tiny bird that symbolizes renewal and simplicity for life and was the inspiration for this cottage. We invite our guests to embrace "simpler" living in this tiny house and find renewal in the fresh air and surrounding wildlife. Fully equipped kitchen, a queen bed, front porch, towels/linens provided. Feel free to contact.

Our goldfinch cottage is a cozy home suitable to couples or individuals. The home is WIFI enabled and the ROKO TV comes equipped with Netflix and Disney+. The cottage offers a private bath and kitchen with beautiful mountain views. Kitchen comes equipped with coffee pot, pots & pans and other kitchen basics.

Other things to note
As this is a tiny home designed for cozy living, our bathroom is also designed for a small space. Our bathroom includes a small shower, sink and toilet.

Neighborhood highlights

The cottage is walking distance from our family run fruit market, Woodbine Farm Market, open April 1-December 23. Our market offers a variety of our finest seasonal produce as well as a large assortment of bakery goods. Orders can be placed ahead of time for pickup. Our market also includes a large playground for the kids and a picnic shelter. We have mowed walking paths around the field outside of the cottages. Along the way, we have strategically placed benches that let you take in the beauty of the surrounding area. You may even get a glimpse of the grazing sheep by the fence. We are located conveniently off of I81 and I66. Located 5 miles from charming downtown Strasburg and 25 miles from historic Winchester.
