Retreat In Your Own Little Casita! Hidden on a quiet street in the center of town & minutes from epic trails, this guest studio with a private entrance sits on a 1/2 acre property w/ gorgeous views of Thunder Mt. Here you can listen to a symphony of birds, enjoy outdoor showers, or doze off under a blanket of stars. PLEASE NOTE: The toilet is inside the casita--it's not a separate bathroom with walls. The shower is outdoors and an indoor shower is available upon request.

The space
Hidden on a quiet street in the center of West Sedona, the Casita is walking distance from 360 panoramic views on Sugarloaf Mountain and is an ideal location to access many of Sedona's best shops, restaurants, and event venues. The casita is cozy and functional. There is a kitchen cart with hotplate, toaster oven, tea kettle, and french press for tea/coffee. The bed is a queen size. While the space is private, the backyard is a shared space with me and my other guests. Yet Sedona's serendipity is often at play and offering whatever you need. If you're craving a chat, there just might be someone enjoying a meal at the table in the backyard. When you go with the flow, this is a great place for magic.

AGAIN: Please note this space has an outdoor shower and toilet inside the casita. This is ideal for a single person. If you are coming with a partner or friend, the TOILET is NOT enclosed so if you want privacy someone will have to step out. If this is an issue, please let us know so we can show you the bathroom inside the house. You can also shower inside the main house if it is cold, dark or your prefer an indoor shower.

Guest access
The Casita is your private space. However, the backyard is a shared space. Myself or my inside guests may be enjoying the backyard as well. Thankfully it's a large space and guests organically seem to find their comfort zone. Guests can also access the indoor bathroom & shower if needed. Please let us know so we can guide you.

Other things to note
The casita is for 2 guests MAX. Please do NOT bring friends or additional guests.

Please do not flush anything aside from #1 and #2 down the toilet.

The sink inside the casita is for water only. Please do not allow food particles to go down the drain as it could potentially clog the pipes and guests will be responsible for plumbing fees.

Also a few nights during winter, the temperature drops below 32. When it does, I might have to turn off water supply to the casita to prevent pipes from freezing overnight. In the morning, the water to the casita will be turned on again. Thankfully this happens on rare occasion. If needed you can access the bathroom inside the main house.

Bedsheets, towel, soap and hair dryer provided.
