One of five high-quality residential properties in a gated community providing an Idyllic peaceful stay suited best to families . *SORRY NO Hen or Stag parties or using the place as a venue!!!! * Maximum 4 persons at any time . NO SMOKING !!

5 minutes from junction 36 M1, providing easy access to Sheffield , Derbyshire ,Leeds many other towns and cities .

Entrance porch with W/C and shoe cupboard leading to:
Large fully equipped cream gloss kitchen with underfloor heating. Range-Master double oven and hood, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Seating includes a marble octagonal dining table with 4 limed oak dining chairs as well as a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools , ideal working space.
Off of the kitchen/diner is an under stairs cloak/store room with ironing board, iron, airer, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Also, patio doors Iead to a large private garden with undercover seating area, patio furniture and barbecue.
Following on we have the entrance to a cosy lounge with corner sofa, 2 coffee tables and a smart TV with access to Netflix.
Moving upstairs there is a galleried staircase leading to:
Master Bedroom -
King size bed with an abundance of cream gloss wardrobes/storage, a smart TV with access to Netflix, windows to front and rear and an en-suite with large enclosed shower cubicle, sink, W/C and heated towel warmer.
Bedroom 2 -
Across the landing bedroom 2 offers a double bed with an abundance of cream gloss wardrobes/storage, a TV, windows to front and rear and an en-suite with large enclosed shower cubicle, sink, W/C and heated towel warmer.

Other things to note
This beautiful accommodation is a NONE smoking establishment also IS NOT a Party House, and No fireworks , MAXIMUM 4 PERSONS AT ANY TIME . The hosts request that no , or only clean shoes be worn in carpeted areas however most of the downstairs is amtico hard wood flooring . Due to the current climate , no toiletries will be provided other than anti bacterial hand wash .
