You’ll feel as though you are at the beach as soon as you step inside. Coastal Glam! Open concept living/dining area and vaulted ceilings give this house an airy feel. All of the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and styled. A comfortable work from home space is available in the master bedroom complete with a desk and office chair. Full size appliances allow for easy prepping and cooking. Kids will love the bunk room fully stocked with games, toys, and even their own TV! Enjoy carefree hangouts in the enclosed back yard. Light up the propane fire pit and start a game of corn hole!

The neighborhood is cozy and quiet. The location of this house is fabulous. It is about a 5 minute drive to the Cape Cod Inflatable Water and Amusement Park and the South Yarmouth Drive In!
It is walking distance to more beaches, restaurants, cafes, minigolfs, a grocery mart, coffee shop and more!

Hi! After years of vacationing on the Cape with our two children, we bought our first Cape house in 2020 because we LOVE Cape Cod so much. My husband owns a Painting and Contracting business and I love designing and decorating (as a hobby) so we decided to completely renovate it. Since then, we have purchased 2 more Cape cottages and created The Salt Houses! We love creating luxury spaces and experiences for our guests. The Salt Houses are the most magical places. It was important for me to design spaces that I couldn’t wait to stay in as well.
