Capture the Salt Life from this beautifully redecorated 1st floor condo, featuring spectacular sunsets and intracoastal waterway views! This canal jewel is located across the street from the ICW, and only a few steps away from the nearest beach access where your family can spend the day enjoying fun in the sun at the beach. It’s an easy walk only one block away to the Dinghy Dock, where you can launch a paddleboard or kayak and cruise to the waterway.

The hall bathroom has a tub and shower, colorful epoxy flooring, and a full size Washer/Dryer in the closet.
