The space
Experience North Scottsdale from a private 6,900 square foot estate built for unforgettable group stays. Panoramic mountain views surround a resort style backyard, while an indoor basketball court, oversized putting green, pool table and home theater provide entertainment for every age.

The home accommodates up to 22 guests across eight bedrooms, including a detached casita, with 17 beds, five king bedrooms and several flexible family sleeping arrangements. Expansive gathering spaces allow everyone to spend time together, while multiple living areas, ensuite bedrooms and the private casita provide room to spread out.

Floor to ceiling windows frame the mountains from the main great room, where guests can relax, play pool or watch the desert change colors at sunset. The chef style kitchen features double refrigerators, generous preparation space and island seating for casual meals and conversation.

Outside, enjoy the oversized heated pool, Bullfrog hot tub, putting green, firepit, Blaze BBQ, covered patios and expansive lawn. Pool heating and firepit use are included with every stay at no additional charge.

Guests have private access to the entire home, detached casita, indoor basketball court, pool, hot tub, putting green, firepit, outdoor spaces and attached three car garage. The separate owner garage and housekeeping closet remain locked.

PARKING

Parking is available for up to six vehicles, with space for three vehicles in the attached garage and three in the driveway.

ESSENTIALS

Starter supplies are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, trash bags and laundry detergent. Additional supplies may be requested for a fee.

Fast WiFi is available throughout the property, with comfortable places to work indoors and outside.

A Pack and Play and high chair are available for families traveling with young children.

One pet may be permitted with approval before arrival. Please provide the pet’s size and breed when requesting approval.
