1250 sq ft accommodating up to 6 guests.
Bedroom 1: King bed on second floor w/ ensuite bath & foldable desk workspace

Our dining table is in the kitchen area and expands with a leaf to seat 6.
*** NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OVER 10 PEOPLE***
*** NO PETS, OWNER IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC ***
** Winter months (mid November - March) all vehicles must be 4WD, or AWD with all season tires. Our private road is a 1/4 mile gradual incline on dirt & gravel. The road and driveway are plowed, however hard-packed snow will remain and conditions can change quickly.
** You will be on a mountainside surrounded by miles of forest, while only 3 min to quaint Roxbury town. There are neighbors nearby on our private road so you won’t feel isolated or alone. This home is set up to be a chic oasis in the middle of rustic beauty.

DESCRIPTION:
Your journey begins as you gradually ascend up the private dirt road. When you arrive you are greeted by beautiful mountain and valley views surrounded by nature.
Inside the airy living space you will find 20’ vaulted ceilings, oak beams and a wall of picture windows framing the views beyond. You may not want to leave your perch, especially during winter - turn on the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows or music and relax. Step outside onto the wrap around deck and take in the fresh mountain air, a perfect place to start the day with a morning coffee.
Head out for all-season fun at Plattekill Mountain (8 mi) (skiing / mountain biking, mountaintop yoga) or explore local farms and breweries nearby.
Experience farm to table at its best, and pick up provisions to whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen. During warmer months dine under the stars with dimmable porch lighting surrounding the deck. End the evening around the fire-pit and toast up some s'mores or get cozy inside and play board games around the fire. Two smart TV’s (one in the Living room and one in the main bedroom), for you to stream your favorite shows or music, we provide Hulu live TV as well as Netflix log in's for our guests.
Rest comfortably in the cozy bedrooms with extra soft linens. The two guest rooms on the main floor both have queen beds. The large bedroom upstairs is private on its own floor with a king bed and an ensuite bath with extra deep soaking tub.

HOUSE RULES (please read before booking)
- We are a no shoes house (bring cozy slippers in winter months)
- Winter months (Nov 15 - March 31) vehicles muse be 4WD or an AWD with all season tires.
- Our gravel driveway is also plowed regularly but packed snow and can get slippery, guests are expected to take caution and wear the proper footwear for snow.
- No Smoking indoors, cigarette butts found on property will incur fees.
- No Pets , No parties or events.
- Visitors to be confirmed w/ host, not to exceed 10 people, including guests.
- 5 cars max unless prior approval.
- Must be 25 years old to book. (Photo ID may be required).
- Check in time during winter months is between 4pm - 7pm.
- Children (under 18) must be supervised by an adult indoors and outdoors.
- Doors must be kept closed. Use windows with screens only.
- Food / garbage should not be left outside, as it will attract bears.
- Proper foot ware should be outdoors on lawn and deck at all times.
- Photo / Video shoots require a release & usage to be negotiated separately.
