Located less than 4 miles from the Ole Miss campus, this is the perfect location to spend a weekend in Oxford.

The space
The fully furnished three bedroom/two bathroom home is approximately 1,650 sq ft with central heat/air. It contains a kitchen with a full size refridgerator/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The washer/dryer is located in the utility room just off the kitchen area. In addition to the three private bedrooms with closets, the living space contains a sofa, couch, and a 43in HD TV. Opposite the kitchen is a dining room table capable of seating six guests. You will also be able to park one vehicle in a covered space.

This private home is for the exclusive use of our guests. No other occupants will be allowed inside the space during your stay.

Other things to note
There is also an apartment in the rear of the property that is rented separately from the home. If you have a larger group and are interested in renting both the house and apartment please let me know.

It's important to note that no outside noise is permitted past 9pm so that all occupants can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.
