Built on a private land of 4.500 m2, Villa Palena is located just 100 meters on foot away from the beautiful, sandy beach of Marathi and several tavernas. It is fully equipped to meet your needs with amenities such as its sports field, spa room, recreation room, smart living areas,and relaxation spots that are scattered throughout the premises, all the while offering ample space and privacy.
The space
Covering 520 m² across four levels, Villa Palena accommodates up to 14 guests in seven elegant en-suite bedrooms, with the option to host up to 20 guests if needed.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
Guest access
Guests will have access and full privacy to all areas indoors and outdoors.
