Lofts of Old Town, MAIN STREET LOFT is a boutique high-end luxury rental located directly on Main Street in the Heart of Wine Country in Cottonwood’s Historic Old Town. Imagined by Verde Valley locals and built from the ground up, this modern loft combines upscale comfort, spacious layout, and an unbeatable walkable location.
The space
MAIN STREET LOFT is a bright 1,100 sq ft one bedroom condo located on the second floor of the Lofts of Old Town. Designed to showcase the beauty of the Verde Valley, the open floor plan features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and sweeping views of the Mingus Mountains, Cleopatra Hill, and Sycamore Canyon.
The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig and French press, with complimentary coffee and tea. The living area offers a 65” Smart TV and opens to a large front balcony overlooking Main Street, perfect for sunset views and enjoying the lively atmosphere below.
The primary bedroom features an adjustable King bed, 52” TV, walk-in closet with workspace, and a private balcony ideal for morning coffee or quiet relaxation. The ensuite bath includes dual sinks and a large walk-in tile shower.
Modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, Main Street Loft offers a peaceful yet vibrant Old Town escape.

My husband Michael and I are Arizona locals right here in Cottonwood. We were east coasters, originally from NJ but have always vacationed in Arizona before moving here. We love everything about the area, from the beautiful sites of the Mingus Mountains to the red rocks. We especially enjoy hiking, golfing and UTV riding. We are very familiar with the area and enjoy sharing what we know.
