Suite 1, is a favorite. It includes full-size loft bed and queen-size sofa bed already made out. The spacious bathroom offers a standing shower, arm rails, full toiletries, and butcher-block counters. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and dishes. The seating area includes a chair, and a 36-inch Roku TV. This unit is popular and comfy, with wider doors, a larger shower, and an access ramp. It's an option for anyone who needs or wants a little more space. Not pet friendly .

The space
This 24 ft tiny home features an upstairs loft with a full bed and a queen size, foam, fold out couch bed downstairs.

The spacious bathroom includes an easy access shower, mirror, grab bars, a full set of toiletries, linens and a standalone sink.

The kitchenette features a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen towels, a full set of dishes and silverware, dish soap and paper towels.

Guest access
Guests have access to the resort parking, gazebo and our the Sad Donkey Coffee Shop

Other things to note
There is a space heater in your unit for those chilly nights. You will find it under the sink or in the cubby under the stairs. And a fan for the loft, for those warmer nights!

The charcoal grill is available for free on a first come first serve basis, charcoal not included.

No smoking in the units PLEASE!
