The space
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps 8 across 5 beds, with design touches in every room. Spread across 3 floors, it’s equipped with AC, heat, and a gas fireplace for year-round comfort. Enjoy a spacious, curated space perfect for making Cape memories!

The dining area seats 6 and opens to a cozy living room with a 65"" smart TV with plenty of seating. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, Keurig, spices, and more. All beds feature crisp Egyptian cotton linens, and linens are provided for your convenience.

The finished basement includes another smart TV, games, and an exercise area. Outdoors, enjoy two decks, a gas grill, fire-pit, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days.

Please note that:
- There are two outdoor security cameras installed in the front of the house. These cameras face the front door and the driveway only, and are not monitored.
- There is a high season minimum stay requirement of 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday)."

Guest access
Access to tanglebythebay is keyless. A code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival. You will enter this code into the keypad on the front door.

Other things to note
1. Spare toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided in both bathrooms.

2. 5 (five)-gallon Poland Springs water jugs are available for $20 each, for your convenience.

3. Firewood (pine logs) is provided and stored near the fire pit.

4. A full washer & dryer, plus beach gear, are available in the guest section of the garage.

5. Per Massachusetts law, all bookings are subject to a 14.45% lodging tax (effective July 1, 2019)"
