Hinu Hale is a beautiful unique glass house. It is located on a gorgeous horse ranch with private access to the Ka'awaloa Trail (Captain Cook Trail). The hale (home) is newly built, custom small home. Surrounded by 360 degrees of nature, it's nestled in Kukui nut and Hau tree forest. Stunning, it is a piece of art. Lava tile floors and bathroom, all interior is wrapped wood, this place is a perfect space to enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of Hawaii. 4WD/AWD vehicle recommended.
The space
They style of the home is mid-century modern. Our home is off-grid but it has plenty of power to do everything you need during your stay. We have added a gorgeous mango wood dining table outside on a covered lanai (deck). We have an outdoor shower with fresh Awapuhi and Aloe Vera growing around it as well. There are many unique features in our Hinu Hale, that make this home a special experience for everyone to enjoy.
Guest access
The Home is completley secluded and private. You can walk around ranch, enjoy sunsets and organize a time to meet with our farm animals if interested. Please do not walk into pastures or feed the horses and cows without guidance and permission.
We do offer professional massage on the lanai if requested: private yoga, fishing charters and many other services. Please contact us ahead of time to organize.
We would love to host your local hawaiian farm experience during your visit to get a taste of local living and life.
Other things to note
There’s a washer and dryer available on the property but not in the unit.
