The neighborhood is one of Dahab's best neighborhoods, located between Eel Garden and The Lighthouse, an area with some more luxurious hotels and apartments where many expats live. It is relatively quiet here and yet it is just a stone's throw away from the important sites. The Lighthouse, with the beginning of the promenade is about 200 meters to the right. 200 meters to the left is the diving spot (and beach) of Eel garden with the village district of Assala behind it. In short, everything within easy reach and yet nice and quiet.
The restaurants are also located at approx. 100- 200 mtr distance.
