Located in the heart of Natchez, this tranquil and cozy second-story apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat. This apartment rental features four private bedrooms, two comfortable couches, a dining area, and a spacious living room. Situated on a serene street where you might catch a glimpse of a horse-drawn carriage passing by, this apartment is conveniently positioned in the center of downtown Natchez and just steps from fabulous dining and shopping opportunities!

The space
Nestled in the center of Natchez this beautiful 2nd story space is in a historic building built in the 1800's. This space is adapted from its original use as office spaces to a charming apartment. It is quiet and relaxing. This apartment rental hosts 4 private bedrooms as well as a two couches, dining area and living room. Because of its original layout as an office space the powder room is in one room and a large closet was converted to a shower room. The sitting area also has a very comfortable couch as well as the living room. There is a smart TV in the living room hosting Hulu and limited local channels. Located on a quiet street where a horse drawn carriage can be seen passing by multiple times per day, this apartment is in the center of the city and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. . This rental is on the 2nd floor and is not suitable for families with infants or toddlers.

Guest access
The 118 B & B provides private access from Commerce Street and offers ample street parking for your convenience. You'll only need to ascend one flight of stairs to reach the second floor and the living areas. Please be aware that this accommodation is not suitable for toddlers or infants.

Other things to note
The 118 B&B is truly a one-of-a-kind space with a rich history. Originally constructed in the 1800s, it served as an office building for a bustling accounting firm. We've made significant renovations to transform it into a comfortable space. Three former closets have been cleverly repurposed: one now houses a bathroom with a toilet and sink, another has been converted into a shower, and the third closet has been transformed into a compact kitchen area equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and sandwich press.
