The space
We are keeping our prices as low as possible and also want to try to help guests who feel they need to save on the cleaning fee. So we the caravan is cleaned for you but WE DO NOT SUPPLY THE LINEN , TOWELS, TEA TOWELS, SOAP OR LOO PAPER .
Although there is no WiFi inside your caravan, you can get free WiFI at the bar and restaurant. You should also be able to get a good signal from your own phone or smart device inside the caravan.

11 minute walk to a secluded beach...the path to the beach has many steps so it isn't for the feint hearted but if you are reasonably fit it is really worth it and then there are over 10 more really stunning beaches a very short drive away.

Your spacious caravan is an 8 minute walk to the coastal path with dramatic and breath-taking views. Explore the UNESCO Geopark which is globally recognised as an area of outstanding beauty (there are only 7 in the UK and 140 in the World). It is absolutely wonderful and it is a very short walk away from your holiday home with awe inspiring views on the way.

Maybe wander along the promenade at the seafront in Brixham and enjoy browsing in the chintzy shops and enjoy a meal or two at one of the many excellent cafes and restaurants. And why not let our mobile beautician come to you. Enjoy a nice back massage, facial or nail bar treatment.

------ YOUR HOLIDAY HOME ------
Special Memories' is a spacious, comfy caravan with central heating and double glazing. It has three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds. There is a shower and hand basin in one room and a separate W.C. room for the toilet. There is an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting room area. The total size is 35 feet by 12 feet and then there is an outside deck where you can relax with the lovely view.
You will be close to the fun of the holiday park with the kids club, pools, crazy golf etc but you are also far enough away at the edge of the park to have a little distance from it all. There are the safe social distancing rules in place around the swimming pool, dining room and other areas in accordance with the government guidelines to keep you safe.
Please do bring your towels and your swimming towels. You might want to bring smaller rather than larger towels to conserve your space as the caravans are cozy.
You also have free parking . Some guests will only want to use the caravan as a base and spend most of their time out on local beaches, restaurants and at local tourist attractions, so the Entertainment Pass for the on site facilities is not included in the price. This Entertainment Pass covers everyone in your party and covers the whole of your stay. It costs £60 if you are there for the whole week and £30 for under a week) and it gives you discounts at the Park bar and restaurant and access to the kids clubs, entertainment and swimming pool. It is an optional extra for the holiday which you may or may not want to have.
This is a great location with holiday, home and fun written all over it....great for coastal walkers and anyone wanting to just grab some ‘me’ time and unwind, relax, enjoy the views. Have fun or laze on the beaches, or on your deck and watch the world go by. Read in peace. Star gaze at night and totally relax. It's time to recharge your batteries.
Holiday Insurance
Please check that your travel insurance covers your possessions while staying with us as they are not covered by the property insurance. Our understanding is that this is the same with all holiday lets.
