This property features a fenced yard, comfortable patio with large bar area, cornhole and other outdoor games. Plenty of room to park and bring your boat if headed to Lake Somerville just minutes down the road. Wineries, Texas A&M, and Antique Shopping are popular near by attractions. There are also three other rental units. Each property has its own outdoor entertaining area with separate charcoal grill and firepit.

The space
We are Pet Friendly and this unit has a fully fenced yard. A $50 per dog fee will be charged to guests who would like to bring their dog. Please mention when reserving our home if you plan on bringing your dog! We appreciate everyone picking up after their pet to keep common areas clean.

Other things to note
We do not allow Smoking of any kind inside our units to ensure the comfort of all of our guests. If smoking occurs inside the unit during your stay, a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to you.
