Enjoy the luxury appointments of this 3 bdrm 2 bath condo featuring resort style balcony seating! Beach chairs. Fully stocked kitchen w stainless appliances. Laundry room w full size washer and dryer. Front and rear balconies.

Other things to note
You can literally park your car and not touch it till you leave!! Walking distance to so much including grocery store, CVS, bagel shop, Fractured Prune donut shop (yum), Higgins Crab House and more. There is a stop right next door for the local bus to take you anywhere up and down Ocean City, including the boardwalk w amusement park, shopping, waterparks, miniature golf, and tons of wonderful restaurants!

Linens are available as an OPTIONAL add on. Although comforters and pillows are provided. sheets and towels can be added at a discount thru our cleaning service. Most renters in this area prefer to bring their own linens so we took it out of the rental rate and made it an optional add on.

PETS: Pets are accepted on a case by case basis w max of 2 (some exceptions for 3rd if they are under 20 pounds and non-shedding. There are strict pet rules and a $100 pet fee for 1st pet and $20 for 2nd.... due at arrival to cleaning service. They bring the extra supplies and time needed to clean post pet. This includes service animals.
Rules are:
- NO pets on furniture!
- Must be housebroken!
- Must be crated when alone in condo!

Responsible adults over 25 and families are welcome. Will consider "responsible" under 25. If you’re 25 years or younger then please let us know when you inquire so we can send you something first

NO Saturday check in or check out.

We will not allow a one night hole in the calendar during peak season from memorial weekend through labor weekend. Keep that in mind when you are inquiring about dates
