Other things to note
Please note that my Private residence is in the back of the property,. The front and back units are separate but there may be smells that permeate through the walls from my kitchen. You may or may not be familiar with those smells, but again it is my personal home. I love to cook various foods from different ethnic backgrounds: Italian, Chinese, Mexican, etc. I grew up in two different restaurants as a child. If you have problems, you need to contact me as the home owner to resolve any issues. Refunds will not be made for smells that may make their way up to the front half of the house, especially if the owner is not made directly aware during the time of your stay to resolve the issue. I do have a kitchen fan that I use when cooling and have on a very very rare occasion have had complaints. I only want to work with my guests to give them an amazing stay but also need them to realize I do live in the back of the home. Thank you :)
