Newly remodeled in October 2023, The Escape offers guests a bright, welcoming space with all the modern updates needed for a relaxing stay. From the fully renovated kitchen and bathroom to the cozy bedrooms and private deck, this three-bedroom home is perfect for a quick getaway, work trip, or extended stay.

The living room is tastefully styled with vibrant yet calming tones, creating the perfect space to unwind. A plush couch comfortably seats five, with two additional chairs for extra lounging. Stream your favorite shows or have a movie night on the 55” Smart TV with high-speed internet access.

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.
* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE! This home is operating legally under the new Kansas City ordinance. This property is a minimum 30 night rental and not required to be licensed as a short term rental with the City of Kansas City. Any reservation will not be affected by the ordinance!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
