Architectural wonder replete with art, literature and beautiful objects. 15 minutes from downtown Pasadena. 25 minutes from downtown Los Angeles.

This house is on large property that also hosts a few other units.

Central Air Conditioning and Heating

Pool is communal and is also used by others on the property. You may encounter some bees at the pool and other areas. We have bee hives on the far side of the property away from the listing. On the bright side, we have organic raw honey, produced by the bees, available for purchase.

The space
Located at 2000 feet above sea level with a beautiful view all the way to Catalina Island.

25 Minutes from downtown Los Angeles. Many wonderful books to read. Central heating and AC and all the comforts one would expect, but located in the San Gabriel mountains.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE The ranch is rough, there are lots of uneven ground and walking areas, as well as a number of steep drops. Children should be supervised at all times outdoors, and it may be difficult to explore the property much for persons in wheelchairs or people with walking trouble. The area around the pool is especially uneven and there are steep spots without railings.

There are numerous items around that would be dangerous if touched, the ranch is a living art piece, and some parents may find this unsuitable for children.

To get to the property you must cross a bridge which is due for repair. The deck of the bridge has been reinforced and supplementary shoring has been installed, under the direction of a structural engineer, to support the structure while we work on permitting the repair. The bridge is quite safe and we all cross it multiple times daily with a variety of vehicles. Even though it is old and due for repair, it retains a great deal of strength and we are quite comfortable with it.
