The apartment has a spectacular view to El Laguito, the Caribbean Sea and the Island of Tierra Bomba. It is conveniently located in the best area of Cartagena near the most iconic areas in the city such as The Walled City. You will also be sorrounded by a large network of restaurants and well known hotels such as The Hilton, Dann Las Velas.
The space
This is a private two-bedroom apartment all for your enjoyment. It is perfect for a family or group of 6 people. It is fully furnished. The unit has two-bedrooms . There is a Smart TV in each bedroom as well as the living room for your entertainment. All three bathrooms are completely equipped as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove and oven, Coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, pots and cutlery . In addition to that, there’s also an indoor laundry room equipped with washer and dryer (we do not supply laundry products).
The unit has hot water. The water heater is located in the laundry room. It is important to know that you will experience some spontaneous power surges where the building backup generator will take over. It is during this occurrences that we recommend our guest to check and make sure that the water heater is in the on position as it tends to turned off when a sudden power surge happens.
Also, during the summer time the heat is unbearable and the A/C units sometimes don't seem to be enough. We ask our guest to please lower the window curtains during the day to help maintain the cool temperature inside the unit. We also ask that you turn off the living room A/C unit if you have the balcony's door open.
Guest access
Welcome to our home away from home, as our guest you and your loved ones have access to the entire unit, feel free to use all the amenities.
Remember, you are responsible for the entire unit and it’s contents. You are also responsible for making sure every member in your group follows all the rules and regulations.
The apartment unit is equipped with a smart lock. Upon arrival you will be given a temporary passcode to access the unit. You will find the key card located inside a small plastic pocket located next to the smart pocket. The key card to the unit also controls the electricity of the unit. Only one key card (max 2) will be issue to our guest regardless of the amount of guest in the reservation. There is a master lock outside the unit by the door. If everyone is out, the last guest to leave the unit must leave the key card inside the master lock for the other guest to be able to open the door when returning to the unit. Since the key card controls the electricity the key card must be in the smart pocket at all times while guest are inside the unit. The master lock outside the unit has a combination that will be provided to you on the day of your arrival.

POOL HOURS: 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM EXCEPT DURING SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE.
YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE UNIT AND ITS CONTENTS AS WELL AS ANY DAMAGE CAUSE BY ANY OF YOUR GUEST/VISITORS DURING YOUR STAY.
Upon arrival and once you are comfortably settle in the apartment you can do your own shopping in the nearby market "Carulla Express" or D1 within walking distance of the building.
Guest, who preferred to stay indoors occasionally during their stay, can download the "RAPPi" app on their smart phone. This app. gives you flexibility to browse different vendors (restaurants or groceries) and order delivery.
Local Laws
You must abide by this laws or you will not be able to check-in in the apartment
Guests must be of legal age to register (18 years in Colombia, and Colombians must have an Identity Card). Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by parents and their parents must show documents such as birth certificate to confirm family relationship. If parents are not present, you must have a notarized letter stating that they can travel/stay with the registering adult. All Minors must also be accompanied by an Adult while on the building premises and inside the apartment. There are rules like most other condo complexes. If you have a specific question, please ask.
