Huge 1920s era house in the heart of Perry. Just a few block from downtown, this house is so much larger than it appears. It is newly renovated with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It has a formal dining room, big kitchen with seating around an island plus a table that seats 6, cozy living room, and sun room. The lot next door is also owned by us and a great place for kids to play.
The home is also available for special occasions such as parties and bridal/baby showers.

The space
The house is owner occupied when not rented. You will have access to all appliances, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer.
