This renovated, historic home is located on the Rock River will be perfect for your long wedding weekends, a trip back home or vacation to enjoy this quaint town. The home offers fantastic views of the Rock River including a fire pit area overlooking the river. The space
Located north of dam on the Rock River in Rockton, Il.

Two bedrooms on the main floor.
The first floor also has a 1/2 bath and a full bath.
The large bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed (2 twins).
The second bedroom has a full size bed.
The master suite is located on the second floor.
Beautiful queen size sleigh bed with your own en-suite. Window views of river.
French doors separate the living room with game table from the formal dining room.
Watch your favorite movie on our 70” tv in the large great room with plenty of seating and open kitchen. New stainless appliances and hardwoods throughout.

Guest access
Guests have complete access to the first and second floors.
Basement is kept locked as it is an unfinished space at this time.
Several outdoor spaces from the back covered patio, historic limestone fire pit area overlooking the river with seating, we provide firewood for your use.
Owners woodworking shop & barn are onsite and locked.

Other things to note
While you are on the river please note life jackets that you provide are recommended especially for our young visitors if enjoying our dock.
