505 Is a beautiful one bedroom apartment on the front row of the Point Waterfront overlooking the new promenade. Stunning 180 degree view from the harbour mouth to the golden mile beachfront and USHAKA marine world. Very safe environment to walk, cycle and swim. USHAKA marine world, restaurants, coffee shops, canal walk and the new On the Point dining and brewery experience all within a very short walk.

Cosy apartment ideal for a couple wanting a relaxing, romantic getaway. Plush kingsize bed with percale linen ensures a dreamy night's sleep.

The apartment is also perfect for the business person as Point Waterfront is ideally located for quick access to Durban central as well as the freeways if travelling to meetings.

Guest access
The Quayside building has a pool with its own braai ( barbecue ) area for guests to use. Accessible on the first floor with the access toggle on your key ring.

Other things to note
Quayside has installed a state of the art security system. Guests will receive a QR code on booking to show security. This will give them access to the building and lifts. For your safety and security.

South Africa's best holiday playground is Durban's beachfront. The Point Waterfront is fast becoming the "Jewel in the Crown" with the completion of the new Promenade and the new Cruise Terminal currently being completed.
505 Quayside is a front row apartment with unobstructed views from the Harbour right across to Umhlanga Rocks.
Fall asleep at night to the sound of gentle lapping of the ocean and seabreeze. Wake up to amazing seaview sunrises. Absolutely spectacular!
