The space
Located 70 meter high on the hillside surrounded by lush tropical forest and natural waterfall, Grand Villa Luxury time provides breathtaking views over beautiful valley of Phuket's Bang Tao area and Andaman sea.
The villa was completed at the beginning of 2015 and quickly became popular among the holidaymakers from all over the world. Total area of the 3-story house is 1100 sq.m including covered private parking and rooftop terrace. The villa consists of six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two living rooms, fully equipped modern open-style kitchen with dining area and outside dining terrace. The area of the bedrooms ranges from 30 – 70 sq.m. Being impecably appointed they are meant to enhance the feeling of peace in mind and total relaxation. All rooms have amazing views from their spacious balconies and terraces.
Modern elegant design of the villa is able to satisfy tastes of the most demanding travelers creating a sense of inner harmony. Rooms are filled with handmade natural teak furniture. The walls are decorated with auction lithographs by Warhol, Miro, Picasso (each work is signed by the author) as well as paintings of the famous Thai painters. 12,5 × 5 meters infinity seasalt water swimming pool and adjacent sundeck are perfect for a lazy day in the sun. Like in a mountain waterfall, sea water from the pool falls down from a height of seven meters along the huge window of the ground floor bedroom's terrace.
There are also rooftop terrace, which is perfect for sunset cocktail parties, barbeques, wedding ceremonies and yoga sessions.

Our guests are complimentary provided with:

5. Our Concierge manager is always at your service to arrange transfers, book exciting trips around the island and provide you with any possible help during your stay.

We also offer special services at the villa (paid separately):
1. Our private chef can do your grocery shopping and cook lunch or dinner for you (price is 1500 Baht for up to 8 people, 2000 THB for 9 - 12 people, price does not include groceries)

3. Quality tours and excursions from the best tour operators, private boat charters to the nearby islands, car rentals, transfers around the island at the best possible rates
4. Food and drink delivery to the villa.
Villa staff consists of 6 people: villa manager, 2 housekeepers, chef, gardener, driver.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, only outside.
Please note that we have different booking rates for 6, 8, 10 and 12 people. The number of guests you mention assumes the number of bedrooms to be used - 3, 4, 5, 6 respectively. For example, If you book for 6 people - 3 bedrooms will be open for you by default and 3 bedrooms will be closed. Should you wish to use more bedrooms additional charge of 2000 THB per bedroom per night will apply.
Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent in your currency have to be paid on arrival and will be returned on check-out in full or less any damage made during your stay.
