Centrally located in historic downtown Pawhuska. Cottage has two bedrooms with king sized beds, dresser and walk in closets. Full bath, living room with vaulted ceiling. Full kitchen with dishes, cooking pans and utensils. Also a coffee bar with different coffees and teas. There’s a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside you’ll find a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating.

Each of our 4 cottages has its own private driveway. 2 bedrooms each with king size bed. Full kitchen with large table for eating or playing games. Comfortable living room. Full bathroom with tub and shower combination. Each cottage has its own back porch with swing and seating area. Large common backyard with pavilion that offers table and chairs and additional seating area with couch and loveseat. There is a fire pit with chairs.

Neighborhood highlights
We’re just one street over from Food Network’s Ree Drummond’s Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Shop and eat some of her wonderful food and take home some of her many things to buy. On planned days you can visit the lodge where she films her cooking show.
You’ll find wonderful shops from antiques to clothing boutiques. Cross over the swinging bride. Enjoy some of the other restaurants, but remember to save room for some delicious ice cream at Charlie’s Sweet Shop. Take a drive out to The Tallgrass Prairie where you’ll see hundreds of acres of tall grass and beautiful blooming wildflowers in the spring. Keep a lookout for bison where they walk freely throughout, even crossing the road in front of you. Make sure you stay in your car! Tour the Tallgrass visitors center where you can learn some history of the area.

I am a nurse, (recently retired), and I care about people. My husband is a builder. We saw a need for lodging here. We wanted people coming to Pawhuska to be able to stay in town and enjoy the special town of Pawhuska. We have built four cottages within walking distance from The Mercantile and many of the great stores for shopping. We look forward to you coming and relaxing in a clean, safe environment between shopping and eating during your visit to Pawhuska.
