The space
Comfortable 1960's small cedar cottages sit close to each other on wooded hillside overlooking a small lake. Located on a third generation eco-friendly family owned property of 129 acres of woodlands, and fields located at the foot of the Virginia mountains near the Shenandoah National Park. Gorgeous on site hiking trails, surrounded by farms, orchards and wineries only 30 minutes from Charlottesville, 40 minutes from Jefferson's Monticello and 15 minutes from small town of Crozet. Cottages lovingly refurbished and renovated by owners. Located within sight of other cottages.

Guest access
The Aframe Pawpaw cottage has internet. Wi-Fi in this cottage sometimes needs owner to reset. Great hiking trails, two canoes, and mountain bikes for guest use. Guests have 24/7 access to Main office for land-line, guest computer and High Speed internet.

Other things to note
This cottage has a comfortable queen size mattress in the one bedroom and a full bath with tub. This cottage has capacity to sleep six guests but please note these are small cottages, only 400 sq. feet with only one private bedroom. The second bed is a double futon in the living room kitchenette. The two twin beds are in a small loft that you have to climb a ships ladder to get to and has a nice window that overlooks the lake! You certainly can be comfortable with six adults but it is a tight fit! This cottage does have internet. Wi-Fi in this cottage sometimes needs owner to reset and strongest signal is in the bedroom.
Individual cottages do not have land-lines. You have access to the land-line phone in Main Office 24/7. Mobile phone reception varies widely between services and in most cases is limited. There are certain spots you can stand to get cell phone service around the property depending on your service.
Water is deep well water that is gravity fed to cottages. Water pressure is not as strong as you would expect in an urban setting
