This is an excellent location! No car needed as several restaurants, including waterfront ones, Newport Pier, and a grocery store are within walking or biking distance. Local transportation is also nearby.

Any guests or visitors who PARK ILLEGALLY OVER THE YELLOW LINE OR IN THE ALLEY even for a few minutes OR HAVE PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS can result in HIGH CITY FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for.

There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding 6 guests including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.
