This Frank Lloyd Wright inspired house is a fantastic place for a short or extended stay. Located in the Country Club Hills neighborhood, you are minutes from Goguac Lake, the BC Country Club, downtown Battle Creek, and quick access to I-94. This recently remodeled house features stunning A-frame architecture with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. House is fully furnished with large, covered deck.

The space
The main floor and the upstairs are available for guest use. Main floor has one full bedroom, two full baths, an office, laundry room, living area, dining area, and kitchen. There is one room on the main floor at the back, right of the hallway unavailable to guests, and it will have a closed door with a note indicating it's unavailable.
Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (full bed and queen bed), a full bath, and loft area.
The basement and garage are unavailable. They are used for storage / maintenance supplies.

Guest access
All areas except the bedroom to the right at the end of the hall. The door will be closed with a sign on it. The garage and basement are also off limits as they are used for maintenance supplies for the house.

Other things to note
One Ring doorbell at front door for security. Records when it detects motion and has capability of live view. Will be active during guest stays.
If at any time there are more guests at the house then listed on the reservation it will result in immediate eviction.
Guests have mentioned that the upstairs bedrooms stay warmer than the rest of the house. There is AC throughout the house, however as with most houses, the upstairs will always be a little warmer. We provide two AC fans for guests to use to help cool the bedrooms down a few additional degrees. On hot days in the 80s and 90s, it may still be challenging to cool to a desired temperature.
