Privacy and peacefulness is what you'll experience at the beautiful Minton Lodge, a service offered by the Josh Minton Foundation. 4 bedroom and 2 full baths in a very remote location on a 49 acre wooded property . Wrap around porch, hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, smoker, and a wood stove in large living room. Walking trails with plenty of wildlife. Wifi, DirecTV, DVD player and two LCD TV's. 10 minutes from the Ohio River and Maysville, Kentucky.

The space
The Minton Lodge is a great place to unwind and unplug. Enjoy early mornings watching the sunrise with coffee, or late nights relaxing in the hot tub with your guests. The home is a reflection of Josh Minton, a proud veteran who loved to give back. The collections in the home are mostly those which Josh decorated himself.

Due to the remote location of the Minton Lodge, it is possible that severe weather conditions may create a significant safety risk while traversing the driveway. In these cases, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel (the guest's choice) the booking with minimal notice. We will do everything we can, within reason, to either accommodate for the weather, or provide notice as early as possible.

Other things to note
There is absolutely no hunting allowed at the property as part of your AirBNB stay. Any evidence of hunting during your stay will be reported to AirBNB.

Lastly, we cannot permit any guests to bring ATVs, dirt bikes, side-by-sides, or any other motorized vehicles of this type. We understand that the Minton Lodge is perfect for this type of fun, but unfortunately our insurance won't allow for this liability.
