Every detail was delightfully planned in this restored historical cottage. Built as part of the original Hassler Homestead circa late 1800's. The original miners shack was fully renovated by a designer/builder team to create this creek side escape. This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom retreat is located in the heart of Apple Hill within walking distance to Barsotti's, Delfino Farms and Lava Cap Winery. Immerse yourself in the tranquil, creek side setting as you relax in the private hot tub.

The space
While honoring the historic architecture, modern conveniences were added throughout to enhance your farm stay. Enjoy outdoor living with a blackstone grill, adirondack chairs, fire pit and jacuzzi as you take in the sights and sounds of the creek directly below. Tastefully appointed furnishings, appliances and custom fixtures create the beautiful aesthetic of this indoor space.

We fell in love with Apple Hill many years ago and were one of the first weddings on the hill. Hubby owns a construction company and has remodeled over 200 homes in the county. As a designer builder team, we love working together bringing new life to historic buildings. The properties we are featuring are a part of our original homestead of family ranches.
