Camping out setting in 25' travel trailer parked in the forest with campfire, BBQ grills, outdoor chef's kitchen, (trailer has full kitchen). Picnic areas.
Countryside setting, Amazing views, Gazebos, cabana, water fountains, landscaping.
Golfing on site, hiking on property or property adjoins Lincoln National Forest.
Charcoal grill and campfire pit for smores/hot dogs.

The space
This is a 25' travel trailer parked in pine trees with beautiful landscaping. A private outdoor restroom(for privacy) is a 200' walk and a full restroom in the trailer including sink and shower.
Full and twin beds(twin is table folded down. Small steps into trailer. Charcoal grill, campfires too.
No pets allowed including emotional support dogs due to safety concerns with hosts pasture dogs, please read house rules.
3 Airbnb rentals on property, all private and spread out, check out my listings for large groups.

I am a lifetime resident of New Mexico, my listings are rural and private just east of Ruidoso at Glencoe. The property adjoins the Lincoln National Forest wilderness.
