Steps from Surfside Beach, our three bedroom home sleeps ten and offers glimpses of the Gulf from a wraparound deck. Enjoy a fenced yard with picnic table and BBQ grill, 500 Mbps WiFi, smart TVs, Apple TV, board games and a dedicated workspace. Bedrooms include king, queen and bunk beds, with two and a half baths. Pet and family friendly: we provide baby gates, children's dinnerware and a hot outdoor shower. Park your boat or trailer on site. As veteran hosts, we pride ourselves on hospitality.

The space
Our Surfside Beach hideaway is one minute walk to the sand via a safe path with no busy roads. The elevated home features a wraparound deck with partial Gulf views, cozy seating, a picnic table and a charcoal BBQ grill, plus a fenced yard with space for kids and pets to play. Inside, unwind in the airy living area with 500 Mbps WiFi and smart TVs with Apple TV and streaming apps. A dedicated workspace and a collection of board games, puzzles and chess make it perfect for remote workers and families alike. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a coffee bar, dishwasher and all the cookware you need for beach meals. Three comfortable bedrooms (king, queen and a bunk room) ensure restful nights, and there are two full bathrooms, a half bath and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. A washer and dryer are available (please bring your own HE detergent). Our family owned home invites you to relax and make lasting memories year round.

Guest access
You’ll have exclusive use of the entire home, wraparound deck and fenced yard. Check in is self service with a secure electronic lock; we’ll send you a personalized access code prior to arrival. There’s generous parking under the house and in the driveway, plus space for a boat or trailer. A public boardwalk crosses the dunes just steps away, so you’re on the beach in a minute. Feel free to use the BBQ grill, picnic table and all outdoor furniture. Inside, you have full access to the well equipped kitchen, living area with smart TVs, board games, and workspace. Washer and dryer are yours to use (bring HE detergent).

Other things to note
Surfside Beach is a laid back coastal village with friendly locals and uncrowded sands. Jetty Park and Surfside Marina are minutes away for fishing, kayaking and dolphin watching. Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, Pier 30 and Dorado's are nearby for dining and wildlife spotting. Off season highlights include the New Year's Polar Plunge, spring seafood festivals and Fourth of July fireworks over the water. Plan to arrive early on busy summer weekends as traffic to the island can be heavy and the causeway may close when parking fills up. We professionally clean and sanitize the home after every stay and have exterior security cameras facing the parking area for your safety. Bring bug spray for evenings and check tides if bringing your boat.
