Welcome to Las Terrazas del Jardín Nazarí – B41, a spacious two-bedroom duplex in a peaceful gated complex where tradition meets modern comfort. With its pool, gym and Moorish-inspired gardens, it’s the perfect base for discovering Granada, the Alpujarras, the Costa Tropical and the Sierra Nevada.

Step inside and feel instantly at home. Light fills the open-plan living area with its Juliet balcony and Sierra Nevada views. The kitchen is ready for local market finds – locally grown tropical fruit, olive oil, crusty bread – and the dining area invites relaxed meals together.

Downstairs, the main bedroom and en-suite offer a private retreat with a king-size bed, soft linens and a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool. Upstairs, the second bedroom (twin or king on request) sits beside a modern family shower room – perfect for friends or children.

Then there’s the roof terrace – your own sanctuary above the village. Dine alfresco as the sun sets behind the mountains, relax in the hammock with a book or simply gaze at the illuminated Moorish castle as night falls.

Beyond Your Door

Guests have full access to the apartment and private terrace. Shared access to the seasonal pool on-site gym, landscaped gardens and lift. Free private parking included.
The entire apartment is available to you whilst we are away so please make yourselves at home. Please note that as this is our home, some personal possessions will be there.

★ The communal pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.
★ No fixed check-in day, so you can choose flights that suit you. Late flights home? You may be able to book an extra night, subject to availability.
★ Weddings & vow renewals: the gardens make a beautiful backdrop for photos. We can recommend a celebrant, photographer and florist.
★ Babies and children welcome. Infants under two stay free but must be included in the total number of guests.
★ Strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including terraces and gardens. Guests who smoke should not book. Evidence of smoking will result in immediate cancellation and cleaning charges.
★ Early check-in or late check-out may be possible (half nightly rate, confirmed 48 hrs before).

Where you’ll be

Vélez de Benaudalla, Andalucía, Spain

★ Vélez de Benaudalla is a traditional whitewashed Andalusian village with a Moorish old quarter, historic natural springs and the tranquil feel of a place with no through traffic. Despite its peaceful charm you’ll find a choice of tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries, shops, banks with ATMs and even a small Monday market – all a short, flat walk from B41.

★ The village is home to the beautiful Nazari Gardens and nearby you can enjoy guided pony treks along the river. Vélez is also an excellent base for walking and cycling with a highly rated cycle hire centre in the village.

★ Day trips are easy: Granada and the magnificent Alhambra are just 40 minutes away; the unspoilt beaches of the Costa Tropical only 15 minutes; and the picturesque villages of the Alpujarras within easy reach. The Sierra Nevada National Park is less than an hour and the Pradollano ski resort (November–May) is also just an hour’s drive.

★ Closer to home, Motril (20 minutes) offers supermarkets, the Los Moriscos golf course and guided tours at the Ron Mondero rum distillery. The hilltop village of Salobreña, also 20 minutes away, is a gem of the Costa Tropical and well worth a visit.
