This beautiful house sits right on the golf course. It features two master bedroom both with private bathroom. One of the master bedroom has a large balcony looking over to the golf course. The location is very convenient, walking distance to Ralph's and restaurants. Costco and soccer field are under 3 minutes of driving. The famous Ontario Mills mall and Victoria Garden's are also less than 15 minutes of driving.

Our home is fully equipped to give you the "being at home" experience. Wifi covered to the entire house for your convenience. Beautiful huge balcony with patio furniture for star gazing and enjoy the beautiful mountain and sky view.

All spaces are accessible except the garage. However, there are plenty of street parking and a double car driveway to park your cars.

Other things to note
Please do not throw large amounts of toilet paper into the toilet, otherwise it will clog the toilet.

To Avoid Ants Coming In To Look For Food, Please Don't Leave Garbage Inside House.

The Propane BBQ Grill in the Back Yard Is Not Working Now. But If You Want You Can Use Charcoal On It. You Need To Bring Your Own Charcoal
