Welcome to my childhood home! We renovated our 1950's bungalow nestled in the heart of Fayetteville and hope you love it as much as we do. Perfect for a couple or a group of 4, our bungalow sits on a quiet, tree-covered street at the base of Mt. Sequoyah but is less than a mile from Dickson Street, the historic district, and the University. Enjoy walking to the brand new local co-op, taking a hike on Mt. Sequoyah or scooting downtown! This home is apart of the @boutiqueairbnbs collection!

The space
Our house embraces the era in which it was built, focusing on a cozy mid-century modern design. Our kitchen has everything you need for cooking, outside we have an electric start propane fire pit with 4 Adirondacks, and our bedrooms have nothing short of the comfiest bedding! Our living room has a 42" TV with an Apple 4tv for entertainment. We also have everything you need to work from home with fiber Wi-Fi that has 1GB of speed! We know you will feel right at home during your stay.

All guests can enjoy complimentary local Onyx Coffee beans and use the coffee grinder and French Press or K-Cups with our Keurig coffee maker. If you stay 2 nights or longer we will also include a bottle of wine for your stay!
